  I found Chris was very friendly & knowledgeable. My only minor complaint was that there was spots sprayed all over the one side of the coffee table & also on the hardwood floor - probably from the machine. I appreciated him giving me an idea on the sq footage of my tiled areas so that I could consider getting my tile & grout cleaned in the future.

  It was a little disappointing that some carpet stains couldn't be removed, but I suppose some stains are too tough. The technicians could not have been better; they made it quick and convenient. Our thanks to them.

  Overall, my experience with chemdry was amazing. They arrived right on time and got to work right way. While doing the estimate, they went above and beyond explaining the process and what makes their company unique and definitely better than any other rentals or services. I was impressed how quickly they were able to get the job done since I got 6 bedrooms cleaned as well as a rug and a couch. Just like they promised, it also dried in record time so there wasn't issue getting work done. I would definitely be using their services again and recommend them to all my friends and family for not only their exceptional work ethic but their friendly customer service. Thank you so much guys! But I believe special thanks goes out to Antony and Chris for all their hard work.

  The carpets were beautiful and all cat odor removed. Awesome. Anthony was very friendly and took time to explain everything he was doing. We'll certainly call him for any future needs.
